Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 lemons (zested and juiced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Cooking Steps:
- In a bowl, mix lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, pepper, and olive oil to create the marinade.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
