Baked Salmon with Dill Sauce
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- Fresh dill for garnish
Dill Sauce:
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Top each fillet with lemon slices and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily.
- While baking, mix Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, chopped dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the dill sauce.
- Serve the baked salmon with a dollop of dill sauce and garnish with fresh dill.
