Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry:
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) flank steak, thinly sliced
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- Cooked white rice for serving
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch to create the sauce. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over high heat.
- Add sliced flank steak and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the wok.
- In the same wok, add more oil if needed. Stir in minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets and stir-fry until they turn bright green and slightly tender.
- Return the cooked beef to the wok.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli. Toss to coat evenly and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the Beef and Broccoli over cooked white rice.
